Matt Bohli

. . . From paris with country music.

Matt Bohli is a country singer-songwriter from Paris channeling modern country sounds with songwriting and storytelling reminiscent of country music’s golden age. Born and raised in the rural countryside of Maryland, and formerly a resident of Nashville, Matt blends modern country and pop-sensibility with the gritty, and at times, rough around the edges attitude of classic and traditional country music. (Think Dierks Bentley fused with Eric Church’s country attitude, and refined with Keith Urban’s radio-friendly hooks.) Formerly an in-demand drummer in Nashville's country music scene, Matt now steps to the front of the stage with an acoustic guitar, and a handful of songs.

Before arriving in Paris, Matt cut his teeth in Nashville, performing with numerous country artists as a freelance drummer, including two years touring as the drummer for outlaw country music pioneer, Hank Williams III.

Matt is currently preparing for the release of new music in June 2026. The new songs were recorded in Nashville and produced and written by Matt, engineered by Jason Lehning (Dierks Bentley, Miranda Lambert), mixed by F. Reid Shippen (Dierks Bentley, Carrie Underwood, Eric Church), and mastered by Ted Jensen (Morgan Wallen, Post Malone). In December 2025, Matt released “Tennessee”, his debut single from the upcoming release.
